the education department is recruiting more teachers for the ’11-’12 school year. we will also offer orientation and orientation for new and returning teacher on june 18^th and 25^th from 1 to 5 pm. for more information please see pastors catherine park (noah’s ark), brandon won (rainbow village), michael yoon (youth) or eugene rhee
on monday, may 30^th (memorial day), we will be having a bbq at young sang ko’s home during the day. if you don’t have anything else planned that day, we encourage you to come and join us. an e-mail will be sent out this week to have people to help contribute with food. final details next week
we are still taking donations for the open door community. if you have new or gently used t-shirts (sizes medium to xxl), shorts and men’s shoes (sizes 11-15), please place them in the donation box in the narthex

welcome to agape ministry at kcaumc! we’re so glad you are here!
this week is holy passion week and our church has special joint worship services during the week:

thursday april 21^st – maunday thursday worship at 8 pm

friday april 22^nd – the “12 stations” interactive/contemplative

experience of the passion of Jesus from 6:30 to 8:00 pm. Good

Friday worship service at 8 pm

saturday april 23^rd – early morning silent prayer at 6 am

next sunday is Easter Sunday and we will be having a joint worship service with the whole church. we will not be having an agape worship service at 10. the joint worship service will be at 11:30 am in the new building. we are also looking for everyone in agape to participate in the joint choir for the easter worship celebration. please consider being a part of the choir as your way of serving within the church. there will be a practice today at 2 pm in the chapel. please come be a part
the church is taking donations for the open door community which has ministries to the homeless of metro atlanta. kcaumc has been supporting this community through donations and are currently in need of t-shirts (sizes medium to xxl), shorts and men’s shoes (sizes 11-15). the items can be new or gently used and can be dropped in our donation box located in the narthex
there will be no prayer meeting this week due to the Good Friday events

for Easter Sunday, april 24^th, we will be having a joint worship service with the km. the worship service will be at 11:30. if you are interested in being part of an all church choir to sing a special song during the worship, please see either eugene rhee or young sang ko

this wednesday will start the lenten season (40 days before Easter). our church will start the season with an Ash Wednesday worship service this wednesday, march 9^th at 8 pm. it will be a joint worship service. we encourage you to participate as we start this lenten season together
